There are many benefits associated with your BIA Desert Chapter Membership. First, you get four memberships in one - membership in Building Industry Association Desert Chapter, Building Industry Association Southern California, California Building Industry Association and membership in the National Association of Home Builders. Four organizations dedicated to making the building industry better for all involved.
One of the primary benefits of membership is legislative advocacy. Your Desert Chapter staff represents the industry before all local levels of government, making sure that our concerns are heard and understood. The same representation takes place at the state and federal levels of government through the above mentioned associations.
As a Desert Chapter member, you will have many opportunities to build your clientele by taking part in our monthly activities; such as, our monthly General Membership Meeting, Public Official's Luncheons and our Meet and Greets. As you can see, there is plenty of opportunity for networking.
